Also, reverse flash has good utility between team damage s2, infinite combo, and strong passive (especially against tantu). (Even when the block is broken, his combo is interrupted anyway). Also, the reduced damage stacks additively with bn helmet, allowing him to be easily geared as a tank.Īlso, I would exchange reverse flash for meta human the flash because AI just blocks meta human, making him useless. I agree that she probably isn’t deserving of a B tier classification, but I think she deserves at least a C. I feel like regime KF is criminally underrated and overlooked.I agree that the 25% team damage boost from prime bats is actually pretty nasty.Although, having him in D tier might be underrating him a little bit, so I’ll have to think about it. He also doesn’t have very much going for him on the offensive side when playing with him. Yeah, Regime BA can be a bit of a nuisance to fight sometimes, but other than the initial knockback/damage you take from hitting him, he really isn’t too difficult to beat, just annoying.Not a great card to play with, and although his passive can be useful in some scenarios, it can be easily bypassed. I’m not sure about taking John up tho.Others also agree that HG should be bumped up a tier due to her useful passive, so she goes up to B tier.
